Great things are happening at POOPS and we are always looking for volunteers in each area, let us know if you want to be involved! While we are always in need of new volunteers, there are sometimes specific roles that need a special blend of passion and talent to fill. If we have one of these roles listed below, let us know if it sounds like the right fit for you!
You will be responsible for managing the POOPS online store; processing and posting orders; liaising with our Social Media team to promote the store/ products; and researching and acquiring new lines of merchandise. You will also be responsible for setting up and conducting merchandise sales at events, with the help of other volunteers.
The Merchandise Manager works with POOPS’ Marketing Team Leader, the designer, Events Manager, and the IT team.
Some experience in managing online and retail sales via Square (or similar POS system) would be an advantage, although we’d be happy to train the right person. Admin, retail and computer skills are desirable.

Build and maintain the newly-created Client Support Services area of POOPS to provide holistic support to our clients.
Aged care/ palliative care, stakeholder engagement, project management, computer skills, ability to empathise and problem solve in emotional situations.
Initially 12-16 hours per month for implementation period. This will decrease once projects are up and running. All work is completed remotely and independently. POOPS is flexible with hours worked. NB. You will need your own PC/laptop to work from.
